Yes,The Shelby HUB provides parking both in the front and back to ensure a convenient and hassle-free experience for you and your guests. It is our goal to provide additional parking in the space next to the building, coming available soon.
Guests needing handicap accessibility should book the Shelby Hall.
You will receive a confirmation email when you book online or if you book over the phone, you will receive a confirmation text including all of the details you spoke about over the phone.
Yes, you can cancel at anytime, but you will only receive a refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event. We recommend you use the “Ask Your Queries” section above to send an email or call 419-632-0076. Please provide your name, confirmation, date of the event, and your contact information if we need to reach you or locate your reservation.
